Sam Hartman Will Throw At Least One Interception

Wake Forest doesn’t run the ball great, as their two top running backs average 3.9 yards per rush.

Wake Forest runs the ball 52 percent of the time, but 72 percent of their total yardage comes via the pass.

That’s why I expect Hartman to put the ball in the air quite a bit against the Noles. He’s only thrown two interceptions this season, but he has a lot of trust in his wide receivers to win one-on-one matchups.

However, the Noles have only allowed 61 percent of the passes against them, and the FSU safety tandem is among the best in the ACC.

Where I think Hartman will become vulnerable to an interception is on a condensed field when he throws a ball up, trusting his wide receiver too much.

I think either Jammie Robinson or Omarion Cooper get a crucial interception that helps give the ‘Noles offense momentum.
