FSU football will host the Wake Forest Demon Deacons Saturday afternoon for the opportunity to move to 5-0. The Noles continue to hold as -7 betting favorites with an over/under total of 64 points.

That total implies a 35-28 win for the Noles. The points total has dropped over three points this week, with bettors understanding the Noles have the better defense on paper.

Another reason for the drop could be the Noles will likely be able to control the pace of the game with their running game if they choose to go that route.

It’ll be a home game for the Noles, and it looks like FSU is doing all they can to have a large home-field advantage despite Hurricane Ian’s efforts to disrupt the lives of many Floridians.

A lot of people seem to think FSU has no chance of slowing down this Wake Forest offense. The Noles had one of the worst first halves in last year’s game and allowed just over six yards per play and 27 points.

I wrote how this FSU team is much different than what Wake Forest faced last year. Here are my three bold predictions for the game.
