FSU football took care of business Saturday night. They beat an overmatched opponent how you’re supposed to do it and allowed walk-ons to have a chance to get into the action.

I have not had a chance to re-watch the full game in its entirety, but from what I remember from Saturday night and watching some clips here and there, the Noles have a few areas they need to clean up.

We understand LSU will be a different animal than Duquesne, but it’s not like FSU hasn’t faced a team as talented or more talented than LSU.

Mike Norvell and the coaching staff have an idea of what to expect and will prepare accordingly.

We also have to remember FSU played without some guys that might return to action by the time Sunday night rolls around.

Oddsmakers still have the game around a -3 edge favoring LSU, which means it would be near a pick’em game if it took place in Tallahassee instead of Louisiana.

FSU will have a shot in this game if they establish the run, and stop the run against LSU. Here are three things that need improvement from the Duquesne game.
