FSU football: 10 things that will define Noles’ 2022 season

The Schedule
Folks think this schedule is difficult, but I’m not one of them. I mean, it’s not easy, but it’s also not a murderer’s row.
It’s true many teams return their starting quarterbacks, but it’s not like FSU hasn’t already faced these teams in the past.
There are five games on the schedule that FSU has no business losing in 2022 with what they have on the roster talent-wise.
LSU, Clemson, Florida, and Miami all have a new coaching staff that could make them vulnerable.
Plus, there is no reason Miami should have a top 20 ranking in the preseason. However, there are a few swing games that could severely alter how we eventually look back at the season.
FSU with a bye-week before the Louisville game is an important note. FSU gets Clemson and Florida at Doak Campbell Stadium this year.
Heck, opening the season with a win over Duquesne will be the first opening season win since 2016. That positive may carry over into the games afterward.
