The Players

I spoke about Jordan Travis finally being the guy on the latest podcast and how that should give him a boost to his confidence. I also spoke about how even though there isn’t a QB competition this fall, he’ll still feel the need to prove his doubters wrong, and that’s something Travis confirmed when speaking with the media.

He seemed much more comfortable in his skin and talked about all the work the team has put in and his evolution as the team leader.

Jammie Robinson is hilarious, and I think I’m giving him the nickname of Jammie “I got that dawg” Robinson. That’s slang for playing hard and physical as he described while speaking to the media. He has confidence in where this FSU defense will go in 2022.

Fabien Lovett harped on similar things and how he has developed as a leader, plus what he learned from playing with Jermaine Johnson last season. Lovett indicated he wanted opposing teams to watch his film and know they would have to gameplan for him, and how he wanted offensive linemen to fear lining up against him.
