Want to change the narrative about FSU football? Go to a neutral site and defeat the LSU Tigers in primetime. LSU wasn’t good last year, but they remain one of the top seven most talented programs in the nation.

FSU will likely be a touchdown or less betting underdog, and LSU will be in a prime position to get upset. It’s their first game of the season and FSU will have already played one game to get some of the kinks out.

It’s probably better to play them early as they will likely get more dialed in on offense and defense as the season progresses.

A win over LSU would be huge from a perception standpoint. It’s a win over a talented team with one of the better coaches in the nation.

It would give the FSU players a ton of much-needed confidence that could propel them to a much better season than anyone thought possible(potential injuries aside).

Recruiting-wise, it would be massive and would likely get the attention of all the major targets remaining on the board, including others already committed elsewhere. A win would also help solidify all of the commits and make them less likely to withdraw their commitments.
