Chris Parson

I can understand Chris Parson’s point of view. He wants to be THE guy in the recruiting class, or he wouldn’t have felt threatened by Dante Moore or FSU coaches offering other QB targets.

He was the first quarterback the coaching staff allowed to commit(really early), and I’m not privy to the conversations held, and FSU doesn’t have the same QB coach as to when Parson committed.

However, I’m curious about what’s going through Parson’s mind. Is it, keep his options open, and if FSU accepts a commitment from Glenn or Collins, de-commit and take the next best offer?

Admittedly, it’s probably hard to hear another recruiting target say the coaching staff want them on the team badly?  Then it’s like, am I really the priority?

If Glenn or Collins go elsewhere, does Parson hold his spot in the class and stick with FSU? Glenn and Collins have better offers than Parson.

Glenn has offers from Ohio State, Auburn, Mississippi State, TCU, and a host of other Power 5 schools.

Collins is a Purdue commit with fewer offers than Parson overall but a higher overall ranking. Glenn officially visited Ohio State this weekend and could visit Virginia or Florida with his last visit. Collins has three official visits left after visiting Purdue and FSU.

Parson visited FSU in early June and supposedly will be officially visiting this week.
