Mycah Pittman

FSU football coaches went to the transfer portal to upgrade the talent and competition at the wide receiver position. The first target was former Oregon and top 100 recruit Mycah Pittman.

Not only will Pittman help at wide receiver, but he’ll also help at punt returner. Pittman was a question mark coming into the spring, because he missed some time at Oregon battling injuries and didn’t have a ton of production.

However, Pittman was one of the most consistent wide receivers in camp. He’s not going to blow you away with speed over the top of the defense, but he’s physical, sure-handed, and gets upfield quickly after catches.

He’s the type of guy that can do a lot of the dirty work underneath, across the middle, and in the screen game.

I expect the wide receiver room to be better in 2022, and Pittman should be one of the primary contributors for the Noles in the passing game.
