A Healthy Jordan Travis In 2022

A healthy Jordan Travis is likely the difference between five and eight wins last season. FSU likely beats Jacksonville State, NC State, and possibly Louisville if he plays in those games.

He still has a ways to go as a quarterback, but I believe we saw some tangible growth throughout the season.

If you told most FSU folks Travis is guaranteed to start and play in every game in 2022, they’d be confident FSU makes a bowl and likely wins at least seven games.

I felt like I was the only person saying it, but a good offense helps the defense in a lot of ways, and that wasn’t happening in the early part of the 2021 season.

We saw the defense begin to improve as the offense found itself with Jordan Travis as the starter.  The FSU coaching staff looks to be improving the offensive line and providing a talent infusion at the wide receiver position. However, there’s little to no experience behind Jordan Travis at the quarterback position. A lot will be riding on him for 2022, so his health is of utmost importance.

These three things would be some great gifts for FSU football fans. If all three gifts are received, I think we’ll see an improved product in 2022 and beyond. Merry Christmas from the Chopchat family, and thank you all for supporting our content!
