Saturday’s Game

Do you want to know how impactful the firing of Dan Mullen was to Saturday’s game? Look no further than the betting odds, which opened with Florida as -10 point betting favorites.

However, after the news of the firing, the odds changed drastically to Florida -2. Not only does Florida not have a head coach, but we have to remember Dan Mullen fired his defensive coordinator and offensive line coach a couple of weeks ago.

What staff are going to set up practice and gameplan for the Noles? We saw how atrocious Florida has looked with all three in place and how the defense looked against Samford when they fired Todd Grantham. Missouri is an awful team, and Florida found a way to lose against them.

How much will the players care? It’s indeed a rivalry game, but how many will be thinking about hitting the transfer portal instead of trying to win a game?

It’s not like they showed much interest in winning the past couple of weeks with Dan Mullen as the head coach.

A win for the Noles would be massive. It means FSU are state champions again, and they reach a bowl while Florida doesn’t.
