I’m still in disbelief of how bad the referees were in the Boston College game. They have been terrible all season, but that was a new level of suck even for them.

Nevertheless, the Noles found a way to win and had some outstanding effort from several players.
It was the second consecutive game we’ve seen the Noles jump out to big leads, only to hold on for dear life in the second half.

I’d like to see them finally turn the corner and jump on an opponent early, and beat the brakes off of them. I can’t think of a better team to do that to than the Florida Gators next week, who lost to Missouri Saturday night.

A win against Florida means the Noles will be state champions again for the first time since 2016. A win means they go to their first bowl game since 2017. It also negates all junk talk from those rival fans about the Jacksonville State loss.

We’ll be talking about the Florida game all week, but I need to highlight the difference-makers for the Noles against Boston College.

Here are my five standout players from the win over Boston College.
