Dante Anderson (Defensive End)

I know FSU fans have probably forgotten about this four-star defensive end, but he’s a target the Noles have remained in contact with up until now.

I’m not sure if he would sign if the Noles landed Marvin Jones Jr., but he could be in the mix should things go the other way. He’s the teammate of FSU defensive tackle commit Daniel Lyons. Anderson visited FSU in June and has 25 offers.

The only schools he has visited, according to 247 Sports are FSU, Miami, and Georgia Tech. The latter is the only school to receive an official visit.

He just turned 18-years old, so it’s likely he still has a lot of physical maturing left. Anderson checks in at No. 282 nationally and the No. 17 edge player. He’d meet a position of need with FSU losing both Jermaine Johnson and Keir Thomas after the 2021 season. He’d also be another South Florida kid as FSU coaches look to continue establishing ties in that area.
