Final Thoughts

It feels like this program could finally turn the corner. FSU will have a winnable game against Boston College next week and a final game against a Florida team that might quit before then.

If that were to happen, the Noles would go to a bowl game and receive 15 additional practices that would be invaluable for an incredibly young team. It would be huge for momentum, as the team heads towards the signing period with so many recruiting targets looking to decide where to play for the next 3-4 years.

The same way a blowout loss against Miami got Willie Taggart fired, a comeback win like that could be the catalyst to propel Mike Norvell to take over the state.

It’s there for the taking with Dan Mullen floundering and Manny Diaz being Manny Diaz. FSU is in a prime position that no one would have thought possible after the Jacksonville State loss.

I have to give major props to the players and the coaching staff for continuing to climb. Hopefully, it’s onward and upward from here.
