Other Major Targets

I’m sure the coaching staff will continue to recruit recent Alabama commit Elijah Pritchett. He’s someone that had a great shot at prior to the product going downhill after the Notre Dame game. They are still pursuing a host of blue-chip players:

  • Kevin Coleman
  • Marvin Jones Jr.
  • Julian Armella
  • Jaron Willis
  • Wesley Bissainthe
  • Daniel Martin
  • DeMario Tolen

Several of these guys will or could visit for the Miami game. Miami is a team vying for some of these same recruits, and a win against them could be huge for the program. If they win that game, it’s likely FSU wins at least five games, which is the ballpark of preseason expectations despite the loss against Jacksonville State. That could give FSU coaches the momentum they need to close on three or four of these blue-chip players.
