Jashaun Corbin

Jashaun Corbin continues to be one of the bright spots for the FSU offense. Corbin finished the Syracuse game with 14 rushes for 65 yards and a rushing touchdown.

He also chipped in with five receptions and 14 receiving yards. The passing game wasn’t much production, but it was used as an extension of the running game and helped open up some running lanes by stretching the defense horizontally.

Corbin has surpassed 500 rushing yards with four touchdowns while averaging just north of 12 rushes per game.

Some people want to see Corbin touch the ball more in the running game, and I agree because good things happen with the ball in his hands.

However, when we account for the five receptions, he did touch the ball 19 times. I’d like to see him in the 20-25 range.
