Jammie Robinson

I wrote about the value of some of the players the coaching staff got from the transfer portal, and Jammie Robinson fits the profile.

The South Carolina transfer has been all over the field in the past two games, leading the team in tackles in both. Robinson accounted for nine tackles total and five solo stops.

He also chipped in with a tackle for a loss. The FSU defense is better when he’s on the field as he provides physicality in the run game and the experience many players in the secondary don’t have at this time.

It’s not a good thing per se, but Robinson is second on the team with 32 tackles through five games. They’ll need him to keep playing well in hopes of other players improving with more experience.
