Beat Wake Forest

Wake Forest has allowed nearly four yards per rush while playing two cupcake teams in their first two weeks. That should be a recipe for success, considering how FSU runs the ball successfully when they commit to it.

FSU isn’t a huge betting underdog against Wake Forest, and it’s a winnable game if the Noles play with effort and limit the self-inflicted wounds. If the Noles beat Wake Forest, it wouldn’t make anyone forget about the Jacksonville State loss. However, it would establish some faith and belief in him as a coach.

All they can do is take it one game at a time and try to stack solid performances on top of one another. I’m curious to see how this football team responds to Mike Norvell. Several players have gone to social media to communicate their disappointment with how they performed.

A few recruiting commits have double-downed on their commitment to the Noles, despite the loss Saturday night. There are still 10 games left to show improvement, and maybe it’s enough to keep the majority of the elite commits they have at the moment.

The two most important guys are Travis Hunter Jr. and AJ Duffy. FSU must address the quarterback position, or they will be in this perpetual state of suck forever. The start to overcoming the Jacksonville State loss is beating Wake Forest and showing improvement.
