FSU football: Noles have the playmakers to exceed expectations in 2021?

Offense
Of course, a playmaker can be in many positions, but here I’m mainly referring to the skill positions. The quarterback’s level of play can influence how well they play. The offensive line impacts both, but let’s say the offensive line and quarterback play is average ( I expect QB play to be average to slightly above average and the offensive line to be slightly below average).
In that scenario, do the Noles have enough playmakers at wide receiver, tight end, and running back to make enough plays to exceed expectations?
We saw the Noles face a solid defense that had all offseason to prepare, and the Noles put up 38 points without the benefit of turnovers or a legitimate passing game.
The offense had two explosive scoring plays of 89 yards and 60 yards. However, everything else was grinding it out with the ground attack as the Noles rushed for over 250 yards.
I feel like the trio of running backs will show consistency and make plays this year. In this scenario, we’ve said the quarterback play is average. That leaves the wide receivers, and if they will be good enough to make plays against the teams with inferior talent or near the same amount of talent?
The receivers were open several times against Notre Dame, but the quarterback couldn’t find them. If the wide receivers can get a few more passes when they get open, that could open up the running game even more.
Can FSU get enough production from Keyshawn Helton, Andrew Parchment, and Malik McClain? I’m sure some others will emerge as the season continues. We’ll have to wait-and-see, but it was impressive the Noles scored nearly 40 points while having only 178 yards in the passing game against Notre Dame.
