What a game. FSU football gave fans a potential glimpse into the future under Mike Norvell.

The Noles went into the game as a little more than a touchdown underdog and still had a chance to win in overtime despite three turnovers.

Those three turnovers converted into three touchdowns for the Fighting Irish, which was too much to overcome for a young Noles team.

made a ton of mistakes in the game. There were costly penalties, turnovers, bad snaps, missed tackles, and more.

, there were a ton of positives in the game as well. When was the last time you felt genuinely good after an FSU game? I guess you could say the UNC win last season, but they got their doors blown off the next week against Louisville.

This game felt different because the team didn’t get out to a big lead and hold on for dear life at the end. They fought through some tough moments against a team that has more talent overall.

There were several things to take away from this game. I could name more than five, but I’m going to go with the five most important, as it pertains to the season.
