Better Organization Produces Results

It’s like who would have thought better organization would produce results. I know I sound homerish right now, but the attention to detail from this staff is a breath of fresh air.

If they are detailed-oriented in recruiting and achieving the results they have? I can’t help but think they’ll have the same approach when it’s time to prepare the players to play.

I mean that after having a full offseason to train and implement their schemes.

It’s the little things that will separate them from the other schools until they can catch up on the field. Being the first to send official offers, sending happy birthday wishes, and bringing the entire staff out to meet players when they arrive on campus for the first time.

I remember hearing about Mike Norvell’s teams when he was at Memphis. The sentiment was they were never outcoached. They may have lost games, but it was never because they were not prepared to play.
