Daniel Martin (Linebacker)

FSU football linebacker coach Chris Marve finally got on the board with three-star linebacker commit Omar Graham Jr.

However, there’s more work to be done with about two more linebacker spots remaining in the class. One of the highest-ranked targets on the board is Daniel Martin.

Martin ranks as the No. 218 player overall and No. 24 linebacker. He hails from Georgia, and hopefully, the hire of Kenyatta Watson has some pull in his recruitment.

Martin’s recruitment seems to be a three-team race between FSU, Vanderbilt, and Oregon. Martin was in attendance for the FSU spring game in April. He unofficially visited the Noles on June 5 and officially visited Vanderbilt on June 18.

He plans to officially visit Tallahassee the weekend of the Notre Dame game(notice a trend there too?).

Martin plans to announce his commitment at the All-American Bowl, so this is a recruitment that’ll go through the season.
