Marvin Jones Jr. (Defensive End)

These are in no particular order, but somehow Marvin Jones Jr. found himself at the No. 1 spot. He is one of the most important recruits left on the board at a huge position of need.

His recruitment is important for several reasons. His father Marvin Jones Sr. is in the FSU Hall of Fame.

He’s a player that could make an impact on day one and would become one of a handful of players that could single-handily help turn this program around.

Jones Jr. ranks as the No. 38 player overall and No. 7 defensive end. He holds offers from every major school, and FSU will battle Alabama, Ohio State, and others for his commitment.

He unofficially visited with his mother in early June and was on campus Sunday with his father(his father wasn’t on the first visit).

Those are some encouraging signs, not to mention he’ll officially visit the Noles for the Miami game in November.

This recruitment will come down to several factors. One of them is how they look on the field in 2021. If they can show some semblance of progress? I think the Noles have a legit shot at this difference-maker.
