Final Thoughts

The good news is the FSU offensive line returns a lot of experience in 2021. Devontay Love-Taylor expects to be ready for fall camp.

The combination of Maurice Smith, Darius Washington, Dillan Gibbons, Robert Scott, Dontae Lucas, Zane Herring, Brady Scott, Baveon Johnson, and Thomas Schrader(if healthy) provides a lot of optimism for 2021.

The unit will have had a full offseason to practice together and form chemistry while getting stronger in the weight room.

Improvement at quarterback hopefully means they are not holding the ball forever, which takes some pressure off of the unit.

The wide receiver unit has a lot of unproven and inexperienced players. They’ll need Kansas transfer Andrew Parchment to step up in a big way.

Ontaria Wilson and Keyshawn Helton have proven productive when they can stay healthy. The coaching staff is close to finding a legitimate eight-man rotation without too much drop-off.

If FSU can find a way to get all of these things to work together in sync, there’s no reason the offense won’t see some nice improvements in 2021.
