FSU football: Top 3 remaining needs in 2022 recruiting class
By Kelvin Hunt
FSU football has the No. 8 recruiting class nationally after a few programs have found some fake momentum.
However, the Noles have 1-2 targets coming up in the next couple of weeks that could announce their commitments to the good guys.
Until then, the Noles have 15 commitments, with 10 spots remaining to reach the 25 signee cap limit.
I wrote about how this year’s recruiting class is different than 2019 for those concerned about lots of de-commitments.

FSU can’t lay eggs during the season and will need to show progress, and if that happens, the class will be fine despite rival fans praying that’s not the case.
The good news is Mike Norvell and the coaching staff have addressed several positions on the roster with quality players in the class.
The quarterback, defensive back, defensive end, and tight end positions have been addressed for the most part. The coaching staff will likely take one more defensive back and defensive end.
Rodney Hill is the lone running back commit in the class, and the coaching staff will look to take one more to finish that position.
They are good at the tight end position and might settle for what they have at defensive tackle. Antavious Woody is an offensive line commit that could play defensive tackle along with Bishop Thomas.
That would be a solid duo, considering it’s a weak year for that position in Florida.
What positions are left for the coaches to fill? Here are the top three remaining needs in the 2022 recruiting class.
