Overall It Should Be An Improved Team

I lean towards the offense showing more improvement than the defense at this point. There’s more continuity on offense, with the defense relying more on players from the transfer portal.

Better quarterback play combined with an improved offensive line gives me hope.

However, the question marks at wide receiver give me pause as to how much improvement we can expect.

We could see more involvement from the running backs in the passing game to complement the receiver’s lack of production.

The offense has to be better in the red zone when they get in that position.

The biggest question mark is the defensive line, particularly the defensive ends. I think the trio of Cooper, Lovett, and Briggs will be solid, but we’ll have to see if the transfers play as advertised.

If that’s the case, the backend of the defense should show major improvements. .

I can’t wait to see what this team looks like after a real offseason and new blood on the field. What do you think the team’s biggest strengths and weaknesses are?
