Final Thoughts

I’m excited about the 2021 season. I think we’ll find out a lot about this team in the Notre Dame game. A solid performance there gives me hope against the teams that are now toss-up games for the Noles.

I also think success early in the year can dictate the trajectory of the program. If they somehow upset Notre Dame, they could be 5-0 going into the North Carolina game.

If that’s the case, I think it would be safe to say they would have a great shot at winning eight games in 2021.

I know it seems to be a common theme, but the success of the 2021 team will be more about FSU than anything else.

Their lack of success, especially against teams they should beat, has been the little things. Multiple turnovers in games, not scoring when getting in the red zone, and too many penalties, just to name a few things.

I’m curious to see what the mentality of this team will be. How will they respond to adversity? How would they respond if they were to upset Notre Dame? Hang tight, we’ll get to find out in less than 60 days!
