FSU is still more talented than most of their competition

I wrote about this recently and pointed out there are only four teams on the 2021 schedule with more talent on the roster than FSU football.

Those schools would be:

  • Clemson
  • Notre Dame
  • Florida
  • Miami

FSU, on average, has been slightly better than North Carolina recruiting over the past four seasons. They have blown away the other teams on the schedule when it comes to recruiting.

However, the challenge is developing the talent the way other schools have developed lesser talented individuals.

Coaching/preparation is another aspect that should be an improvement over the previous few seasons.

I’m excited to see what this team looks like after a full year of training and development under this staff.
