Commit To Being Physical

FSU football fans have seen Kelvin Benjamin play physical football. Remember the time he ran the Florida cornerback over in the end zone on a running play?

There’s also this play from his days with the Buffalo Bills that was called a personal foul. The point I’m making is if a player plays with physicality, it shows they care, and they are willing to sacrifice their body for the team.

The Giants will likely play Benjamin at tight end some, and he’ll have to to block in the running game. They can’t only use him for pass plays or that would be a direct tell on the offense.

If Kelvin Benjamin can play with some physicality, I think that would bode well for him making the team. He’s likely not as fast as he was when he first got to the NFL and already struggled to create separation from defensive backs.

However, the ability to play physically and use his big body to shield off defenders could pay dividends for the Giants.
