Robert Cooper

Robert Cooper enters the 2021 season with a lot to prove after the FSU defensive line failed to live up to expectations last season. Cooper was a part of the 2018 recruiting class.

He was the No. 117 ranked player overall, No. 9 defensive tackle, and No. 15 player in Georgia.

Cooper came to FSU raw and has spent the last few seasons reshaping his body so he can stay on the field for longer periods. He’s lost about 50 pounds and should be in a prime position to make an impact in 2021.

NFL teams put a premium on winning in the trenches, and disruptive defensive tackles are a commodity. Cooper doesn’t have any off-the-field issues and could receive a good draft grade with a solid performance next year.
