FSU basketball opens up NCAA Tournament play Saturday at 12:45 p.m. ET against UNC-Greensboro as a No. 4 seed.

The Noles have looked like a team capable of making it to the Final Four at different points this season, and at other times, have looked like they could lose in the first round.

FSU basketball has all of the ingredients needed to make a deep run in the tournament. They are a deep team that’s offensively efficient and possess the length and athleticism to match most.

Their biggest flaw is not having a true point guard, depending on freshman Scottie Barnes with those duties, as he’s trying to learn that role while coming off the bench.

The depth of FSU has helped with that some, as there are multiple players capable of asserting themselves offensively.

When in rhythm, the FSU offense is a beauty to behold, but they haven’t looked comfortable since the Boston College game.

With that in mind, here are three players that need to step their games up in the NCAA Tournament for the Noles to make the deep run everyone knows they are capable of.
