QB Situation

This could arguably be the most important position for the Noles going into fall camp. The addition of UCF transfer McKenzie Milton has given life to the FSU program in several ways.

Mike Norvell said all quarterbacks will be full-go but will be non-contact for the entire spring. One would think Jordan Travis would have an advantage since he was here last spring, but he dealt with injuries and missed a lot of time when they returned to fall camp.

The same goes for Chubba Purdy, and Tate Rodemaker was here last spring but didn’t receive the full benefit of enrolling early due to the pandemic.

It looks like the spring will consist of technically a four-man battle at the QB position. However, I believe it’ll come down to Milton and Travis. Chubba Purdy could have a say, but I expect the experience to win out here with the possibility of Purdy taking over in 2022.

It looks as though Milton has already seized respect from those in the locker room. Which player will emerge as the leader once spring camp concludes?
