No. 15 FSU basketball (15-5, 11-4 ACC) enters the 2021 ACC Tournament as betting favorites to win it all.

The Noles are coming off a 10-point road loss against Notre Dame in their season finale Saturday afternoon.

A win would have given FSU basketball its second consecutive ACC Regular Season Title, but the loss gifted the Virginia Cavaliers the title, although FSU blew them out in their regular-season matchup.

The odds are below, and the Action Network will have more odds from multiple sources:

If you’re unfamiliar with how betting works, a bettor would need to bet $100 for a chance to win $225 on the Noles. Odds and winnings can be calculated here.

If you didn’t want to risk that amount and only wanted to bet $10. That would mean you’d win $22.50 at those odds.

Is it a bet worth taking as the Noles only need to win three games to win the tournament? I’m not sure.

The Noles are the best team when operating at peak levels, but they have struggled to maintain that level a lot this season.

Their inconsistency would make me hesitant to take this bet, but they can blow through all three opponents regardless of how the brackets shake out.

They beat every team at the top of the conference standings, except for Virginia Tech.

The games taking place away from the Tucker Center is a factor, as the Noles don’t seem to play with the same intensity on the road. Maybe the road loss against Notre Dame was a wake-up call?

The Noles haven’t lost back-to-back games all season. If the brackets hold true, they’ll face Virginia Tech in their first game, a team they haven’t played this season due to COVID-19 issues.

If you bet, bet wisely, and be sure not to use the money you can’t afford to lose!
