Impact Player

Hill is a different player than former FSU great Rashad Greene, but they nearly the same ranking out of high school. However, Hill is faster and bigger than him at the same age.

As I’ve mentioned, Hill not being an early enrollee will likely not allow him to have the impact he could have had if he were. However, I still believe he has the skills to make an impact in year one.

Hill (formerly Pazon) has tremendous speed:

That’s tremendous speed as a high school junior. Mike Norvell could use him in simple route concepts to get the ball in his hands, and he can do the rest. We saw a little of it with freshman Ja’khi Douglas last season, and Hill is much faster than him.

Hill can also stretch the field vertically and is strong going up for 50-50 balls. I want to be cautiously optimistic about his impact as a freshman. It’s usually a difficult transition from high school to college for most receivers. However, I expect him to put up some monster numbers in his sophomore and junior seasons, provided he remains healthy, etc.
