Stephen Dix Jr.

Stephen Dix Jr. played the most out of his fellow freshman in 2020. Dix played in all nine games and started in his last five.

Dix accumulated 45 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and finished 3rd on the team in total tackles. He led the team in tackles twice and was named a Rivals Freshman All-American.

Needless to say, he was already an impact player, but just imagine what he can do in year two?
Imagine another year of those physical assets being defined and honed.

Imagine a year with an actual spring practice where he can learn the scheme and understand his gaps and when to attack or play coverage.

Dix already has the physical tools, and now it’s all about honing the mental side of the game.

Those types of things come with more reps, and he’s got an entire offseason to improve his craft.
