Stopping TJD is Key

Sophomore forward Trayce Jackson-Davis is the Hoosiers top scorer so far, averaging 21.5 points per game through four games, including a big 31-point performance against Stanford last Wednesday. He shot 62.5 percent from the field, and he is over 50% on the season.

Senior guard Al Durham (12 ppg) missed the third-place game due to an ankle injury suffered against Texas, and his availability for Wednesday is very much in question and the Hoosiers will miss him if he’s unable to go.

The Hoosiers are not a good three-point shooting team, averaging 29.3% from three, so if FSU is as able to eliminate Jackson-Davis as a scoring threat, the Hoosiers likely will struggle to score.
