Final Thoughts

The upcoming game against North Carolina is doing to tell us a bit more about where this defense is as a whole.

The Notre Dame game seemed to be the first game where they gave real effort for all four quarters.

Of course, the question is, what will it look like if they give that same effort against a group that’s not as talented as Notre Dame?

UNC has a good quarterback in Sam Howell, but their offensive line isn’t near as good as Notre Dame.

However, it should be noted they have an excellent pair of running backs and average over six yards per carry as a team.

UNC’s defense isn’t close to Notre Dame’s either, so can the FSU defense keep the Tarheels in check? If so, FSU’s offense seems to be good enough to put up enough points to pull off the upset.
