High Energy and Effort

I’m not sure what happened to the team against Miami as they came out and allowed Miami to push them around from start to finish.

That wasn’t the case against Georgia Tech, and I understand Miami’s a better team than the Yellow Jackets.

Could the absence of Mike Norvell have that much of an effect on the players going into the game?

He was gone the entire week after all, but that’s no excuse with the number of older players still logging lots of minutes.

I need to see these players come out and finally dominate someone for the first time in forever. If we don’t see it against Jacksonville State? Man, we’re never going to see it this year, and we might as well cancel the rest of the season or let all of the young players play.

I want domination from the opening kickoff until the clock strikes triple zeroes. In particular, I want the defense to show some heart for a change since that’s supposed to be the strength of this team.
