Bottom Line

What does all this mean? It means that Miami’s offense, while good, is not elite yet. The o-line is better than FSU’s and better than last year, but they are not a good or even decent unit yet.

They might look improved, but they are not consistent, which is good news for Noles fans.

For FSU football to win, the d-line must control the point of attack in the middle; they will definitely be more talented, but as we saw against GT, that doesn’t always matter.

Miami is going to get some explosive plays and be able to shield how bad their line is at times. But they are not unbeatable, and FSU football has the edge on that front.
