Wrap Up

Obviously, these aren’t the only players standing out. Marvin Wilson, Joshua Kaindoh, Asante Samuel Jr. have all gotten love from the coaching staff in one way or another. To be fair, they are quite low hanging fruit because they are the stars of the team.

Depth is more important now than ever due to COVID-19, players opting-out, and potential injuries. These players emerging will prove vital for a successful season.

This week could be a good opportunity for other players to stand out. Warren Thompson was putting together a solid camp up until last week. Robert Scott’s name is emerging as one of the best eight on the offensive line, and Fabian Lovett is already getting love from the staff but could see that increase as coaches work more on game prep.
