Conclusion

This cycle is Mike Norvell’s first full recruiting cycle and the first time the staff, but it still has an asterisk since the coaches couldn’t recruit under normal conditions.

One of the most important things for FSU football is being able to play ball this fall. A few games on the field to show what a Mike Norvell product at FSU looks like could work wonders for recruits.

If they aren’t able to play, don’t expect this class or the 2022 class to be extra special.

Regardless, the coaches need to address these three areas to finish up this class strong. The trenches are where the difference-makers are, and who they manage to land will go a long way in solidifying how good the 2021 class will be.

I wouldn’t get too caught up in the star rankings for this class either. The Noles need to concentrate on fulfilling needs on the roster with players that fit their schemes.

If they can do that, that’ll be good enough to continue raising the floor in hopes of being able to land an elite class in 2022.
