FSU football: Thoughts on ACC’s announced game dates

The Final Four Games

The back-end of the season is favorable for the Noles:

  • @ NC State
  • Clemson
  • Virginia
  • @ Duke

NC State is a team the Noles should be favored against, although the trip to Raleigh has been a house of horrors historically.

FSU rolled them last year, there’s a talent gap, and the fans will not be able to be there in mass capacity.

The expectation is no one is expecting FSU to beat Clemson. That’s a measuring stick game, and at least FSU will have an opportunity to have several weeks to work on things and get live game reps in their schemes.

If they can go into that game healthy, it at least gives everyone a barometer for how they stack up against the team everyone considers the best in the conference.

The games against Virginia and Duke should be games the Noles are favored to win.
