FSU football: Ranking toughest games on 2020 revamped schedule

North Carolina
I know, I’m just as surprised as you are to see North Carolina in the No. 3 spot. How is a team that finished 7-6 last season that high on the list?
Well, they return one of the best quarterbacks in the conference in Sam Howell and nine other starters on offense.
UNC went 3–6 last season in games decided by seven points or fewer, including a game where they should have beaten conference champion Clemson.
The defense still is not a talented as say FSU, Clemson, Miami, or Pittsburgh, but they are a well-coached unit.
This game will be all about limiting the Tar Heels on offense. While I expect the offense to be better, there were games that saw them fail to put up massive points on the scoreboard.
The good news is this will be a home game for the Noles and they owe North Carolina for the last time they came to Doak in 2016.
