Duke

The two teams haven’t met since the 2017 season when the Noles squeaked out a road win by a score of 17-10.

Duke finished last season 5-7 with two of those wins coming against NC A&T and Middle Tennessee State.

However, they did manage to spank the Hurricanes by 10 points in their final game of the season.

Duke does have Clemson transfer quarterback Chase Brice vying to become the starting quarterback this season.

If you don’t remember Brice, he was the quarterback that led Clemson’s come-from-behind win over Syracuse in 2018 when Trevor Lawrence got hurt.

While he’d make them better if he were the starter, they still lack the necessary talent to beat FSU football unless they return to what we’ve seen in the last two years.
