USF

South Florida is a team the Noles have a history with, as they have played four times. The first meeting was in 2009 when the Bulls upset the Noles 17-7.

However, FSU football has won the last three contests. The last game tok place in 2016 when the Bulls were coached by Willie Taggart.

USF has a new head coach, former Clemson offensive coordinator Jeff Scott. I’d add this game to the schedule because the Noles already have it tough enough as it is.

The Bulls were not good in 2019, going just 4-8, but it’s a program Mike Norvell is familiar with as he faced them while head coach at Memphis in the American Athletic Conference.

Norvell and the Tigers won 49-10 last November. FSU football needs to play games in 2020 for an opportunity to show a new product to its fans and recruits.

A game against USF would be a perfect opportunity to show off what the new era of FSU football looks like against an in-state opponent.
