Final Thoughts

So I expect FSU football to leapfrog a few teams as long as they get off to a good start during the season.

Of course, no guarantee that will happen. However, I think the chances of starting at least 3-1 is much higher than 1-3.

There are teams like Alabama, Oklahoma, Auburn, and Texas A&M who have fewer commits than FSU with a higher star player rating average.

That means those teams are likely to replace the other four teams I pointed out who is currently ranked above the Noles.

If that’s the case, there will be around 10-12 teams the Noles will have little to no shot of surpassing no matter who they add to the class.

However, a top 15 class coupled with significant progress on the field in 2020? That would put Mike Norvell in the driver’s seat for 2022 and beyond as the coaching staff has done a great job of making up ground on future classes during the pandemic.
