FSU football: How Nole coaches maximized time during the pandemic

I’ve said it before, but I can’t imagine where this program would be if the old coaching staff were still in charge. It’s not a shot at the old staff, but their organization wasn’t their strong suit.
This pandemic has called for the organization and planning at its highest form, and Mike Norvell had a reputation as someone that’s extremely organized when he got to FSU.
That reputation looks to have been well earned as he and the other coaches have provided detailed information on how they are handling all the issues this pandemic has presented.
The recruiting and social media portions fall under this category, but the extra time has allowed the coaching staff to formulate the best way to move forward once everything returns.
Mike Norvell reportedly evaluates everything, and there are probably some things he’s noticed during this pandemic that he realizes he wants or needs to improve.
It’s also been a good time for him to continue to establish his expectations with every person that works within this football program.
The team off the field is similar to the team on the field. Every person employed is similar to different parts of a car engine. When those parts work together and efficiently, the engine performs at an optimal level, just like the players who work together in all three phases of the game.
When those things begin to happen consistently, the Noles will be back among the best programs in the nation.
