FSU football has been in a bit of a lull regarding 2021 recruiting while being ranked in the 40s. I’m here to tell you why you shouldn’t worry, yet.

FSU football fans are starting to get nervous as they watch the 247 composite recruiting rankings change each day.

The Noles are sliding a bit each day, despite seeing two of their commits get a rankings bump recently.

College football recruiting momentum is a real thing, and it’s something FSU had a short while ago with it’s 2020 class.

That’s right, the Noles added a few pieces to that class and nabbed offensive lineman Jake Slaughter for 2021.

However, the additions are not coming fast enough for FSU fans, as they watched Tennessee go on a ridiculous run in the past week or so. They’ve added six of their seven highest 2021 commits in the past week and are now ranked No. 2 in the nation with 18 commits.

It doesn’t help that Mack Brown has North Carolina ranked No. 3 in the country with 14 commitments after going 7-6 last season.

Why is FSU ranked No. 45 and continuing to slide when all of these programs are experiencing the same issue and not being able to host players on campus with coronavirus stay at home orders?

I’ll be happy to drop some sound logic on it.
