FSU football: 6 players that could be drafted in 2021
By Kelvin Hunt
Joshua Kaindoh
Joshua Kaindoh came to the Noles as the No. 10 ranked overall recruit in the 2017 recruiting class.
It would be an understatement to say his FSU career has been a huge disappointment. The young man hasn’t been able to stay healthy but finally seemed to be turning the corner in the first three games last season before another injury took him out for the year.
He has all the physical attributes one could want in a defensive end. He’s big with great length and will be eligible for the draft as a redshirt junior as he’ll likely be graduating.
The good news is all you need is one good year to make a name for yourself, just ask LSU QB Joe Burrow who was this year’s No. 1 overall pick.
The history of injuries could scare off some teams, but Kaindoh just needs the opportunity to show what he does along with having a good NFL Combine. General managers seem to lose all logical thought when a player puts up ridiculous numbers there, and Kaindoh is quite capable of it.
If he can have a strong season nearing double-digit sacks, I think he’ll likely get taken by someone in the draft.
