He’s A Great Leader

Jameis Winston came into the Tampa Bay Buccaneer organization and immediately became the leader of the team.

He was the first one at the practice facility most of the time, always encouraged his teammates, played hurt, and never placed blame on anyone for their failures as an organization.

This tweet below describes the respect his teammates had for him.

Tampa Bay Buccaneer players didn’t post their thoughts on social media about Tom Brady signing with the organization out of respect for Jameis Winston.

Brady is arguably the greatest NFL QB of all-time, with six Super Bowl rings with the latest coming in the 2018 season. It’s not like he’s some over the hill veteran QB that’s been floundering around on mediocre teams coming in.

However, it is ironic Brady and Winston had the same QB rating in 2019.

One player is 26 years old and the other one will be 43 years old when the season starts later this year.
