Carlos Becker

I’ve always thought Becker was one of the most underrated players in the 2016 recruiting class. Guest what? Much like everyone else he’s been plagued with injuries during his time in Tallahassee.

Becker signed as the No. 163 player overall and the No. 16 ranked cornerback in the nation. The great thing about Becker is was he was versatile enough to play safety or cornerback.

He was able to play in 12 games as a true freshman and had an interception against Michigan to secure the Orange Bowl Victory for the Noles.

Becker only saw action in nine games in 2017 and 10 games in 2019 after missing the 2018 season with an injury.

He had his most productive season last year with 21 total tackles, two sacks and one forced fumble.

Becker’s always been versatile, but it’ll likely be safety if he finds his way on the field. He had a huge game in FSU’s Sun Bowl loss against Arizona State and can be a solid player for the Noles in 2020 if he can stay healthy.
